Product Introduction

HZ-22 is a kind of excellent compound enzyme plays obvious drainage preventing action during production, specifically applied to the pretreatment of the paper pulp  prior to the fabrication of the paper pulp to increase the filtration rate of the paper pulp , which also best suitalbe for high speed paper machine facilities or multi times recyclin paper pulp . The mechanism of action is as follows:

 

1 Because part of useless and watersoluble type glue grade raw materials lies in the pulp, it can jammed and malfunction of filtration, HZ-22 can effectively clean up this part of the material, improve the pulp drainability.

2. With the help of our Drainage improve enzyme, it can change the cell of the fibers and stick on the tiny fibers, whcih will not flow alone, which selectively reducing the soluble colloidal substance in the pulp to reach the effect of drainage, this product has no hurt to fiber and very effective to pulp modification, makes the water circulation system cleaner.

Toxic and inactivation

No harmful to human being under common circumstances but avoid oral intake and splash in eyes and noses. Wash skin immediately if contacting with skin,

Inactivation: pH below 3.0 or raising the PH up to9.0, temperure above 70 ℃ will lose efficacy or terminate the enzyme reaction.Loss of enzyme activity during refining and drying process.Use of oxidant to terminate enzyme activity, if necessary.

Storage

The product should be kept in cool, dark and dry place with

temperature below 25℃. without direct sunlight. It wont influence the application effect thin 6 months when kept under 25℃.

 

 

Safety &Handling

The product is formulated for pulp processes and cannot be

used for feed and food industries. Rain and direct sunlight

during storage and shipping should be avoided. Inhalation of

enzyme dust and mists should be prevented. In case of contact

with the skin or eyes, promptly rinse with water for at least 15
